·         Co-Directed the successful sell out at 285 Columbus Lofts, (Back Bay / South End) a new construction development, consisting of 63 loft residences and approximately $50 Million + in sales over 16 months.

·         Personally generated over $55 Million in general brokerage sales over the past 48 months.

·         Led leasing program at 33 Navy Yard (Charlestown Navy Yard) of 47 residential apartments in 6 months.

·         Top resale broker at Strada234, North End / Waterfront) with 25 Closed Sales Transactions totaling $17 Million in sales

·         Achieved highest Price Per Square Foot sale of $996 per at Strada234.

·         Key member of successful on-site sales team that generated approximately $160 million in gross sales via 367 condominium sales at Parris Landing (Charlestown Navy Yard) from 2004 thru 2006.
